What helps us get there faster
Tell us where the car is: private garage, basement bay, visitor parking or on the street. It changes how we approach and what we bring.
We'll give you an arrival time once we know exactly where you are in Dubai Science Park. Traffic and gate access both affect it.
Have the make, model and year ready. You'll get the battery and the fitted price before we set off.
How the visit works
Tell us the car and where it is
Make, model and year, plus a pin for the car itself. In a basement, add the level and bay number.
We reply with the battery and a time
You get the exact battery, the warranty and when we can be there. Nothing is booked until you say yes.
We test, then fit
The technician tests the battery and charging system first. If it needs replacing, the new one goes in and the car is checked before we leave.
Dubai Science Park questions
Can you replace a battery where I park in Dubai Science Park?+
In most cases, yes. Send the building, the company or reception if there is one, and whether to use visitor or service parking. The technician needs enough room to open the bonnet and work safely.
What should I send with my location?+
Dubai Science Park covers a lot of ground, so add the exact building, villa or bay and the vehicle entrance you use.
Do you come out at night?+
Yes, we take calls around the clock. We'll confirm how soon someone can reach you when you message.
What if it isn't the battery?+
The test will tell us. If the fault is the alternator, the starter or something else, we'll explain what we found and what your options are.
