How the visit works
Tell us the car and where it is
Make, model and year, plus a pin for the car itself. In a basement, add the level and bay number.
We reply with the battery and a time
You get the exact battery, the warranty and when we can be there. Nothing is booked until you say yes.
We test, then fit
The technician tests the battery and charging system first. If it needs replacing, the new one goes in and the car is checked before we leave.
